Automatic Barrel Cleaning & Inspection System
Automated barrel maintenance.
Clean. Inspect. Document.
BARRELBOT integrates automated bore cleaning, controlled liquid application and HD visual inspection into one field-deployable maintenance system.

One integrated maintenance system
Cleaning and inspection, engineered together.
BARRELBOT brings a motor-driven cleaning assembly, controlled liquid delivery, HD bore inspection, touchscreen operation, system-status monitoring and image and video capture into a single field-ready equipment system.
Automated Bore Cleaning
The driven brush assembly traverses the barrel through the programmed cleaning sequence.
Controlled Fluid Application
Cleaning, preservation or de-preservation fluids are applied through the integrated liquid system.
Integrated HD Inspection
Inspect the bore visually and capture images or video for technical assessment and maintenance records.
Operator-Centred Control
A colour touchscreen provides programme selection, cleaning progress, system status and inspection functions.
From installation to inspection in one controlled workflow.

- 01
Secure
Attach BarrelBot to the designated weapon-system mounting interface.
- 02
Connect
Connect the system harnesses. Power via the available gun platform 24V battery or the supplied dual voltage PSU (100–240V, 50/60Hz).
- 03
Select
Choose the required maintenance programme from the touchscreen interface.
- 04
Clean
The motor-driven brush assembly traverses the barrel according to the selected programme while the liquid system is controlled through the cleaning sequence.
- 05
Inspect
Use the integrated HD camera for visual examination of the bore.
- 06
Record
Capture images or video for maintenance documentation and technical review.
Purpose-built cleaning architecture.
The brush assembly combines multiple cleaning stages with mechanical stabilisation, liquid application and the integrated inspection system, all driven from the main housing.
- Steel and nylon brushing stages
- Stabilised movement through the bore
- Integrated high-pressure liquid application
- Controlled insertion and retraction
- Integrated inspection camera
- Full-length bore traversal

Operational readiness
The touchscreen presents cleaning progress and system status throughout the selected programme, keeping the operator informed at every stage of the maintenance task.
Built to move with the unit.
BARRELBOT is supplied in a protective transport case with fitted foam, allowing the system and its cabling to be transported and stored as a complete, field-deployable set.

Mounted at the muzzle.
The system attaches to the designated mounting interface of the weapon system, is powered either through the available gun platform 24V battery or via the supplied dual-voltage PSU (100–240V, 50/60Hz), and is operated directly from the touchscreen.
